For customers booking directly the following terms apply;1. If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before the due date, the cost of one nights stay will be payable. Cancellations made more than 2 days before due date incur no penalty.
2. All lost keys must be paid for before departure.
Our cancellation policy is in line with those of the online booking agencies we use.
Customers booking online are additionally subject to the terms of the online booking agency they use.
